Kavya Rang are bringing back their Nottingham Poetry Festival ‘Kavi Samellan’ – a celebration of poetry from around the world. There is an Indian / Hindi theme, but poetry and spoken word from any language is invited to come and perform to the audience in the impressive setting of the Nottingham Hindu Temple. If you’ve never attended a Kavi Samellan before, this is your chance to experience a colourful, vibrant and thoroughly exciting event celebrating words worldwide – with a short trip up Carlton Road rather than a ten hour flight to Mumbai!
