On the day, you will be able to drop in to any of the activities, whether it’s just one of them or all of them.

Pre-book your free ticket in advance, or arrive early to avoid disappointment.

PROGRAMME: Creative Writing and Yoga 10:00 – 11.00am.
Lead by Parmjit Sagoo and Ravelle Sadé
By engaging the body, mind and breath we will open ourselves up to creative possibility in order to explore the flow of language that exists within all of us. Expect to be stretched and held and healed from within.
