The debate over the longest-running poetry night in Nottingham is quashed by this lot; for eleven years they’ve been bringing the best of local talent to the stage. Hosted by founder Miggy Angel, Speech Therapy this year are kicking the Nottingham Poetry Festival celebrations off with performances from Keith Ford, Michelle ‘Mother’ Hubbard, Tanvir Akram, and Ella Burns Robbins. We invite all poetry communities and beyond to join us for a knees-up with our live DJ, and our open mic planned for a little later in the evening.
