Poetry Mic Drop

The Barrel Drops first Open Mic Poetry Event, kick starting monthly Poetry Events to be held here. Open to all walks of life sharing all forms of poetry, every performer gets a free drink of our core range for joining our event.

The Barrel Drop is a friendly Nottingham micropub. Often described as a “hidden gem”, we are tucked away down Hurts Yard. Offering a chilled out, homely and welcoming vibe, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help you find your new favourite drink. Serving cask ale and craft beer, along with a wide range of spirits, wines, no and low alcohol options, hot drinks and soft drinks. Always championing local, always dog friendly. Cheers!
