Writing Through Time

Join writer Ben Macpherson to explore the artworks from our Drawn Through Time exhibition.
Through writing prompts and storytelling, this workshop will introduce the idea of ekphrasis (the use of art works in poetry and literature) to encourage taking inspiration from art in your creative writing. Thinking about moments from your own life, how we capture memory, and read into the details of these pictures. Writing materials will be provided, so just bring your imagination. No experience required.
